The commitments that hold the Harmoniq Coordination Institute together. Founding partners do not sign onto a mission statement. They adopt a way of working.
We convene so that many independent actors can move together without a controller extracting from them. Coordination that takes a cut is a tax; coordination that compounds is a commons. This Charter is how we keep it a commons.
The Institute convenes and certifies against shared criteria. It never allocates capital or commands participants. Decision authority stays with the members.
Coordination here is practised by people, in the open. The intelligence learns from this work; it does not replace it.
Every solution is proven at pilot before it is generalised. We prefer a working mission to a persuasive claim.
We coordinate so the whole system moves together, and we build no toll-gate on it. Benefit flows outward to participants and the communities a mission touches, never upward to a controller.
No participant cedes sovereignty to join. Coalitions align through reciprocity; no actor is absorbed into another's agenda.
Every mission is shaped with the workers, communities and consumers it affects present from the start — not added afterwards.
Our commitments are encoded in how we work, not announced as messaging. There is nothing here to wash.
We are civilisational, not a bloc. We convene the willing wherever they are, and build no alternative to anyone — only a better substrate for everyone.
Coordinate without a controller.
